What a great treat our new countertops are! I wanted to let you know how much Crystal and I are enjoying them. And what a great experience it was working with your team.

When we decided to use stone for our counters, I had no doubt as to who the fabricator would be. Doing business with you in my own home personally reaffirms the experience I know your are giving to our customers. Joe gave us very personal attention in going through the agonizing decision of choosing "just the right slabs". He went with us to several suppliers on several different occasions and assisted in securing the material as well as reviewing the stone for layout challenges. Taking the time to give us a personal tour of your fabrication area to see our counters taking shape was also appreciated. (Plus my wife was impressed to see your spiffing up the counters and stone in your reception area.) Joe and crew also did a stellar job during the installation, taking care of our cabinets and al the details down to the matching grout on the "almost" invisible seams. And Carl always was on duty to answer our scheduling questions.

My granite countertops are exquisite! Very rarely does something exceed my expectations -- and this work has. The honed antique brown looks perfect in my kitchen and I especially love the 4 inch eased edge. The seam is so invisible that everyone thinks it is a thick slab. You were able to install it within a very short time frame and kept your promise to have it done and done right in the allocated time. Your workmen were also very professional.

As a designer, I am often concerned about recommending companies to my clients, but I will not only recommend you in the future, I will sing your praises.

Dear Mr. Cacallori,

Your installers were true professionals who obviously know their craft. They did a beautiful job, as well as being careful with the newly installed cabinets and hardwood floors. Because of the large piece of granite in one end of the kitchen, it was necessary to remove on or the cabinets but you would never know it had been taken out and replaced. The granite seams and joints were caulked expertly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire installation in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Bravo to you and your employees. Every sub-contractor, without exception, has commented about the beautiful color and installation of the granite countertops in the kitchen. Obviously, we love the compliments. Thanks again for the professional manner in which the whole process was carried out from the very beginning when Jane first greeted us and got us started.
